Founder
Started the business in 1985 selling tires and batteries out of a rented grain silo, fitting them from a 1970s Dodge truck. He sold the shop to his son Rodney and passed away in 2014.

Rodney and Terri Love have been the co-owners of Countryside Auto Care since 2014. Their journey is really the story of the company itself — Rodney was sixteen when it began.
Jaron Love
General Manager
Jaron was also raised in the mechanic shop, starting from the very bottom sweeping floors for his dad and grandpa.
Matt Rust
Technician
Matt’s history in auto repair has been mostly a hobby — from his 79 Plymouth Roadster onward.

Sammy has been a part of the automotive industry for many years, from her high school automotive classes onward.

Gary started it. Rodney grew up in it. Jaron swept its floors as a boy. That continuity is the reason a customer can walk in today and get the same answer they would have got in 1995.
